Paper based menus take a few hours each week to process.

HACCP Procedures in Athena
Hazard analysis and critical control points or HACCP is a systematic
preventive approach to food safety from biological, chemical,
and physical hazards in production processes that can cause the finished product to be unsafe,
and designs measurements to reduce these risks to a safe level.
Athena makes the HACCP process easy to implement
  Once critical control points are identified they can be set at any stage in the production process.
Implementing them is easily achieved in Athena.
  Critical control point monitoring requirements are identified on the production process method screen.
  On the production process forms corrective action points are defined.
  The Kitchen journal gives you the ability to formally review establish
procedures for ensuring the HACCP system is working as intended
  Athena provides an established record keeping procedure.
Athena allows the implementation of the basic HACCP principles which are included in the international standard ISO 22000 FSMS 2005.
